Pheng Cing, APRN-CNP, specializes in family medicine and speaks fluent Burmese, Zomi, Zo and English.
Pheng, who is a daughter of Burmese immigrants, decided to pursue health care so she could give back to the Oklahoma community she grew up in. She utilizes her education and training to better serve the Zomi and Burmese populations in Bixby by breaking social and language barriers.
“My general care philosophy is to provide you with compassionate and exceptional service that is tailored to your individual needs. I will empower you with preventive health awareness and provide you with essential tools, clinical knowledge and encouragement to effectively manage your acute and chronic illnesses,” said Pheng.
Pheng will prioritize building a relationship with you and your family to better understand your needs. She will also educate you through lifestyle counseling and promote overall wellness and preventive care that can lead to a healthy life.
Pheng’s education includes:
• Master of Science degree in nursing (MSN) from Maryville University of Saint Louis, 2021
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU), 2018
• Associate Degree in nursing (ADN) from Tulsa Community College (TCC), 2017
Pheng’s interests outside of the clinic include traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and friends.

Just moved here 6months ago and doctor Pheng was my assigned doctor , she has always been helpful every visit I have with her👍🏽, she is very welcoming and friendly😇!!. And she makes sure‘s I’m comfortable every visit I have, which I really appreciate 🙏🏽. But I would highly recommend her to anyone she is a great doctor!!!!!
