The care giver was very helpful. She showed heart.

Staff was very friendly and helpful while running tests during my tele-health visit. Dr Becky Anprasertporn was very kind and was thorough in asking pertinent questions. She listened to my concerns and answered my many questions. A few things were ruled out during my visit, and follow up tests were ordered to try to help diagnose my condition. Overall, a great visit.

Excellent service on all levels, via video with a doctor or nurse Cheyenne in the room to coordinate and get accurate results is phenomenal on all levels. I recommend everybody to these people so they can actually get proper care.

She clearly lacked an ability to show empathy, an ability to interpret accurately my needs or relate to the environmental and cultural factors that explain one's choices.

It was difficult to understand the provider at times as she spoke too fast but the nurse in the room took time to explain

My hearing aids were broken at the time and also I had trouble with her accent. But the nurses were very good about translating for me.
