Dr Pashricha is a very caring doctor, but all business

Dr. Pasricha is very good about listening to my questions and concerns. He is upfront about what he sees and what level he sees as far as my condition. He offers suggestions and guidance on possible medications and treatments. He ultimately gives me the option as to whichever I prefer to try.

He had terrible bedside manners. He never looked at me , tried to argue with me about staff instructions that I wasn't given. Had a mask and an accent with a soft voice. Never asked me if I have a hearing loss which I do and I couldn't hear him. He never tried conversation with me to get to know me a little. I could give him some pointers on customer service, which is very important even in medicine. I have never been treated so poorly by any medical professional.

Quite clear information on everything from beginning to end

The doctor didn't really talk to me much at all and it was a procedure that was quite uncomfortable and I was nervous and left not really knowing anything. I thought the doctor would ask me about my symptoms and what was going on but just did the procedure and said my primary would get results and he didnt really see anything of concern

He was knowledgeable but did not show empathy or communication. I walked out.
