About Joshua Redmond, D.O.
Joshua Redmond, D.O., has worked in the health care industry since 2009 and has practiced family medicine in northeast Oklahoma since 2017. โIn addition to treating my patients, I educate and empower them to live the best and healthiest lives they can,โ he said.
To maximize your health and wellness, Dr. Redmond encourages you to welcome lifestyle modifications. โWellness is achieved by slowly changing your way of thinking and embracing healthy eating and activities,โ he said. He added that a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle goes beyond physical characteristics. โYouโre not going to be healthy and well if you donโt take care of yourself mentally and spiritually.โ
Dr. Redmond pursued a career as a family medicine physician because he wanted to be a clinician. โIn medical school rotations,โ he said, โwhen I was in the family medicine clinic, I felt like a puzzle piece that fit perfectly. I got to experience every specialty and really focus on trying to prevent people from ending up in the hospital.โ
While he is particularly skilled in the areas of preventive care, pediatrics, hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, endocrinology (hormones) and geriatrics, he welcomes the opportunity to help you with any family medicine concerns.
Dr. Redmondโs personal interests include watching movies and Netflix programs, running, golfing, reading and playing with his kids.

Dr. Redmond is the FIRST doctor in 36 years to listen to me, and identify the root cause of my issues/challenges. Not only was he attentive and listened, he walked me through the a treatment process, listened to my questions about the treatment and we came to a mutual conclusion about how to move forward. This was a LIFE CHANGING MOMENT!! I can’t tell you how important this was and how wonderful it was to finally have a doctor who cared enough about me instead of moving me through a process without considering multiple possible causes and options for treatments. THANK YOU Dr. Redomond!!!
