My wife has changed primary care to Utica already based on my review/interactions with the staff at Utica.Extra kudos: For this specific visit, I was quite late to join the meeting and he hung around to see if I'd show up. I was 15+ minutes late and found Dr. Olgesby to be standing by still, while the remaining appointment was not rushed at all even though I had kept him in the office after closure.

Amazing doctor, nurses, x-ray technician and staff

Dr. Oglesby spent a lot of time going over my results from a hospital visit. He reviewed the hospital test results in detail, and found issues that hospital did not notice. Therefore, we are on a path to fix my medical issue that the hospital could not figure out. Dr. Oglesby explained in detail how all the different issues with my organs affected each other and made it easy for me to understand the proposed treatment.

Dr Oglesby makes you feel like you are safe and understood. He can always tell that I'm nervous or anxious and he always puts me at ease

Never able to connect with Dr during visit

Dr. Oglesby is great.

Dr Oglesby knew exactly what my problem was and explained it to me. He told me the risks and benefits of a procedure. He made sure I was informed and comfortable with my decision. I feel much better now.

He showed interest in knowing me as a person as well as a patient

Dr. Oglesby is great at what he does. He even went to the extent to show me exercises that I needed to do for my issue that I was there for and explain to me what the rest of the upcoming appointments and referrals would be.
