Not only did Bauman rush through everything, but when she was cleaning my ears, I experienced THE WORST PAIN I'VE EVER FELT! She acted like this was totally normal. I had to insist that she stop, and then I felt like she made me feel stupid for asking her to stop.

Rushed in the room like she was in a big hurry. Used the suction tool on each ear quickly, and that was it. She made no attempt to see if I had any hard blockage deep in my ear, which is what I usually require.

I appreciate that Dr. Margie listened to me; she was patient, and answered my questions.

I have recommended for anyone looking for an ENT that will listen, take note and give good information regarding their health.

I felt as though the doctor came in with preconceived ideas about what may be wrong and assessed me with those notions even though she did do a scope. I also felt as though she was rushed and really not interested in hearing what I had to say. Not all of my concerns were addressed.

The PA seemed uninterested in my concerns, diagnosed me with something unrelated to my original complaint, even if it was accurate at the time, but had no insight, explanation, or proposed solution to my chief complaint. 

She was very nice and thorough.
