Great! Listens and shows genuine care!

I came in with a lot of issues. And even though we could only address a couple I felt confident that Dr. Valentine would do his best to address my whole list a few at a time. And he wasn't condescending and I really appreciate that.

Dr Valentine is awesome! His bedside manner is second to none!

Dr. Valentine was very good at explaining why I needed the prescription he was recommending, and was quick thinking to help me with something to keep it from recurring..

He was very personable. I left there still not really sure what he said or how my meds would be refilled.

Dr. Valentine Not enough words nor time to describe what an incredible doctor this man is. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He listens without judgment and provides his patients with knowledge, compassion and most of all understanding. He's very clear when he speaks and communicates his care plans very well. He's been a HUGE blessing to me and he will be an even bigger blessing to my family!

For the first time being seen by Dr. Valentine MD all was well with the visit.

Just pushed me having a gastric sleeve surgery on me and didn't want to hear about the mental and hormonal issues I have been having. Wasn't interested in any solution to my being overweight if it wasn't his surgery suggestion.

Dr. Val discovered a health issue in my initial appointment that had evidently not been identified previously. He is very professional and competent but at the same time he is a "regular guy."

Dr Valentine is amazing. One ofthe few dr who listens to me. He Has helped get me diagnosed with 3 issues in network, that were overlooked for the last 2 yrs by previous primary and even specialists out of utica park network.

He is great and a pleasure discussing concerns with.

Dr. Valentine allows plenty of time to address all concerns, completes a thorough assessment and review of all conditions, includes the patient in the treatment planning process and goes above and beyond to assist in brainstorming treatment options and around any barriers to treatment. Dr. Valentine genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term health and well-being.
