Dr. Ketchandji is has been absolutely amazing in keeping me on a maintenance program for my bladder cancer, before her I was not even being given immunotherapy and this has kept my tumors away, I am so blessed to have her as my doctor.Hunter is so accommodating and he always keeps me informed answering my questions.

The Physician was extremely nice, caring, and approachable. I really liked her.

She is very distant in her approach to her patient. There was a lot of knowledge but no connection. I found it a very difficult communication. She explained the procedure needed but I had no idea how to take care of myself until the procedure can be done, in over 6 weeks from now. I believe bedside manner is important, as is some compassion. To me, at my age, it is a dreaded thing to face, even if simple to others. I want this anonymous, because I don't doubt her medical skills, but I need to know I am not a number...

I would have liked to know when the Botox injections would start to work. I had to send a message by MyChart to ask. It was answered promptly the next morning.

She was so ready to be in and out, no time to talk. And my appointment could have been a phone call, bed side manner non existent. Found out she sees 50 clients in one day that leaves absolutely no time for anyone and like I said my appointment could've been a phone call but either way she rushed and rushed out and had someone else in there taking notes

The doctor did not communicate very well although she did listen to me. She suggested I have test but none that could be performed that day. I went to that appointment expecting an examination to find out what is wrong. She ordered test but one won't be performed for two and a half months when I go back to her office.

Doctor K is great she listen to me , looked at me the entire time wasn't on the computer, after I answered her questions, and she gave me ideas about how she could help my issue, then she went over my med list with me just a sweet lady

Dr. Eslam is the best doctor I have ever had. He is friendly, caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. I always feel he listens. He takes time with me, but also doesn't waste time - just right! He has referred me to specialists when necessary and he knows excellent ones!!! Dr. Eslam is amazing.
