Dr. Chow's customer service/bedside manner did not make for a very positive and inviting atmosphere. Not only did he not look at me, when talking, he did not appear to be very interested in my questions or concerns, as if though they were somewhat trivial. And when he would respond, it was with a bit of a condescending tone. Just not what I expect from my Professional Healthcare Provider.
