About Weera Chainakul, M.D.
Dr. Chainakul performs surgical procedures on patients who are five years of age or older and practices all areas of general surgery including minimally invasive/laparoscopic/robotic hernia surgery, gallbladder, small intestine and colon surgery. He is also trained to perform both upper and lower endoscopy including screening colonoscopies.
Dr. Chainakul is married and has six children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, cooking, and playing soccer and golf.

Very informed on my chart when entered patient room, put me at ease immediately as he made his visit about my care immediately and informatively. My surgeon was being by an OSU student who was properly introduced, and inclusive in originating of the care plan by the doctor throughout his discovery and prognosis.
