Hillcrest COVID-19 Call Center
Hillcrest HealthCare System has an established COVID-19 Call Center. Operators are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer patient questions, provide support and connect them to a provider. The Call Center line is 918-574-0920.
Send a message with your health question to your provider via MyChart and receive a response within two business days. Once logged in to MyChart, go to Messages > Ask a Question > New Medical Question. Click here to sign in.
Request Prescription Refills
Request prescription refills with a few easy clicks from your computer or mobile device. Once logged in to MyChart, go to Your Menu > Medications > Request Refills. Click here to sign in.
View Medical Records
View your patient medical record online from your computer or mobile device through MyChart. Once logged in to MyChart, go to Menu > Document Center > Requested Records > Click to send a request for records and complete the form. Click here to sign in.
