Timothy McConn, D.P.M., FACFAS, is board certified in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. McConn was initially introduced to the medical field through his participation in sports. His personal experience with athletic injuries makes it easy for him to relate to his patients. “As an athlete, I suffered several injuries that required surgeries,” he says. “Because I have gone through the same thing that my patients are experiencing, I am better able to understand them as they make important decisions regarding their health.”
Dr. McConn has dedicated his practice to specializing in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. McConn will properly educate you on how you can make the most appropriate choices regarding your health and overall quality of life. “I feel it is my oath and duty to make you feel comfortable and confident in the joint decisions we make as a doctor-patient team,” he says.
Dr. McConn was born and raised in Tulsa. He graduated from Bishop Kelley High School in 2003. In 2006, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from Baker University, where he played baseball. He earned his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2015. He completed his surgical residency at Allegheny Health System in 2018.
Directly after residency training, Dr. McConn was accepted into one of the top foot and ankle fellowships specializing in sports medicine and total ankle replacement. Dr. McConn finished his fellowship at Weil Foot, Ankle, and Orthopedic Institute in Chicago in 2019. He continues to be involved with the educational aspect of practice. He is published in the Achilles tendon, ankle arthroscopy and forefoot reconstruction. He also is involved with lecturing and labs both locally and nationally.
His personal interests include golfing, hunting and spending time at the lake with family.

Dr Mcconn is an awesome surgeon! I fractured my fibula and dislocated my ankle and had to have an ORIF. After surgery I had very little pain and Dr. Mcconn explained what was and would happen thru the process. It's been almost 6 months since my surgery and I'm walking and have complete range of motion of my ankle. And I am completely pain free! Plus the scar is hardly noticeable. He listens and keeps his patients informed. I would recommend him with high recommendations. He also has an awesome nurse and staff that are friendly and compassionate.

Hello, I am having a dilemma with Dr Prince's office. I am a patient and in need of a wheelchair for my office visit. I was told to come up to my apt. Leave my driver's license in order for my husband to bring me up to my apt.

Can’t speak highly enough about Dr. McConn and the staff at this ortho. All incredible. They were kind, communicative, efficient, and responsive. When I went into my consultation Thursday for my broken foot, he was able to get me in next day for surgery. There wasn’t a single interaction with any staff member that was less that stellar. Truly. My mom and I were so impressed! I wish I could remember the names of all of the nurses who helped us because everyone one of them way fantastic, but sadly I only remember the name of Kelly (whoso catheter-placing skills are top-notch! She was so fast and gentle!) Best of all, the nurses could tell I was nervous and said they’d ask the doctor what they could do for me. THEY noticed and asked ME. That is genuine care for a patient. I was really frustrated about having to do surgery and be out of work and losing independence, but if I HAD to? This was the place to do it.
