Dr. Gietzen has been my children's doctor since they were born . I have been seeing him for my kids for 11 years now. I just recently switched to him for my own primary care because he is genuinely an honest doctor who is not going to give you a run-a-round. Those type of people are a rarity anymore. I have been seeing Dr. Gietzen for a few years now. My health has been a little crazy this past year with heart issues and he is doing everything in his power to help figure out the problem. He keeps a good eye on his patients and really cares. He takes time to hear you out and doesn't cut you off when you are talking to him. He will run every test he needs to to get to the problem. He explains things to you where you can understand. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family.

My son has been going to Dr Gietzen since he was born. Dr Gietzen and the staff treat us like family. They are so kind and attentive to us. I have never experienced them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr Gietzen always explains things so that we understand exactly what is going on. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have quite a few interesting magazines, which makes my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
