About Meisha Oertle, APRN-CNP
Meisha was inspired to join the health care industry after growing up around her grandmother and mother who were both nurses. It wasn’t until she was caring for her grandmother and her own chronic pain issues that she knew she wanted to work in pain management.
“I have first-hand experience with chronic back pain as well as experience taking care of my grandmother who worked with a pain specialist for her osteoarthritis and neuropathic pain issues,” she said. “I believe my personal and family experience with chronic pain management provides me with a unique insight and appreciation for patients suffering with both acute and chronic pain.”
Meisha applies a patient-centered holistic approach to her practice and emphasizes a healthy lifestyle with modification strategies to enhance the quality of life, especially for patients suffering from chronic pain. She encourages patients to stay active, build healthy daily habits, stay positive and focus on the process toward the overall goal.
Outside of working at the clinic, Meisha enjoys spending time with her two dogs, traveling, going on medical mission trips, exercising, reading and listening to podcasts.
