Karin Beals is a rare find in Primary Care Physicians! She is both professional and personable. She is thorough in trouble-shooting a patient's health concerns. Some PCPs seem to scoot you out the door before you've asked all your questions. Karin listens to your concerns and does not devalue them. She is especialy amazing with geriatric patients! She was amazing with my elderly Mom who had Alzheimers. I always recommend Karin Beals to my friends who are looking for a PCP.

Karin is great! She takes time to listen & get to know her patients. She suggests, doesn’t force treatment & medication options. She is good about explaining everything she’s doing & is very thorough. She is also very open to & will often recommend natural/holistic remedies which I love. But she‘s also knowledgeable of the latest & greatest medical advances & research. Her staff coordinate & work well together. I never have to wait at the pharmacy. If she says she’s calling something in, it gets called in immediately. My husband and I enjoy our visits with Karin.

Karin is the most patient & caring health care professional that has ever treated me. I have a rare disease & it has been a nightmare trying to find a Dr. That would accept me as a new patient. I have been on steroids for over 14 years now & the after effects are starting to happen now. I knew from the beginning that the high dose of steroids that I have taken up to this point would cause severe harm to my body. I am now on much lower doses but that doesn’t change the past use. Karin knew going in that I would be problematic & somewhat of a challenge from time to time. (Understatement) She treats me like I’m important to her. She understands that my illness causes unwanted happenings sometimes . She always helps me deal with them no matter the severity. She also knows that there are very few people who understand my illness. There is very little known about it. Most Dr.’s will pass me off to someone else. They will not take the time to educate themselves with my disease.Instead they tell me that I need to go to a larger city where there are doctors that know my Illness. They will stabilize me in case of a crisis but then tell me to go elsewhere. Karin knows all that I have been through & she does everything in her power to keep me well. I know that Karin has educated herself with the knowledge of my needs and the possibilities of things that I will sooner or later go through. She understands ME!!! I trust her with my life! I do not see the Dr. Ever! I always see her instead. I wish that every patient that needs that extra care & concerns could have the opportunity to have her as their personal Nurse Practitioner! She also has the best Nurse named Reegan. Oh my gosh! They are the best team ever! Reegan is amazing also. She knows how to handle me! I can’t survive without them. They make me want to go to the appointments instead if dreading them! There are not enough words to describe the care they give me!
