For the first time in a long time I felt heard by a health care professional. Jeanette listened, discussed options and follow up. She covered many things I need to be tested for at my age. I have 100% confidence in her knowledge and care.

I know she must need to get to the next patient. She spends a fair amount of time with me. She is appropriate. Sometimes I feel a little rushed but only because I know she needs to go.

Jeannette is wonderful! She took her time and asked lots of questions and ordered all the tests we needed to find out what was wrong. He had been to urgent care twice and they had misdiagnosed him. Jeannette caught it immediately! He had pneumonia in both lungs and it was about to turn really bad if she had not caught it! I am so grateful to her! She is the absolute best!

The doctor seemed to want to rush us out, granted it was the fastest I've ever been in and out of the ER. I didn't feel like we were important and I was really concerned for my child. When I had questions the doctor was quite rude. I've not experienced this before at this hospital
