Christopher Sorrels, M.D., is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. He has practiced both specialties since 2003. Patient comments about him include:

Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, Dr. Sorrels was a physician with the 507th Medical Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma from 2003 through 2013.
Dr. Sorrels earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennesse in 1995. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1999. He completed the internal medicine/pediatrics residency program at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2003.
Dr. Sorrels’ personal interests include spending time with his family and traveling with his wife.

Dr. Sorrells always has time to discuss your issues and asks if you have anything that you want to talk about. Had to take my grandson to last appointment, Dr. Sorrells never let it show if the distraction bothered him. He is one of the most professional, polite drs. I have know. Bump your scale up to a 10 so we can give him a 12 ??

Dr Sorrels is the best doctor I have ever had. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had and, being in the winter of my life, I have had several. When I visit his office I am greeted by an efficient staff and have seldom had to wait over 10 minutes. I don’t know how he maintains such a schedule when he makes his patients feel that they are the only patient he has to see and answers all questions the patient has in an easy to understand manner. I recommend him to everyone in my family and circle of friends and acquaintances. If you are in need of a doctor who will treat you, the whole you, and your medical issues, then Dr Sorrels is the doctor for you.

This man is one of the most caring doctors I have ever been seen by. He has took care of me in the hospital a few times when my family doctor is on vacation. I love Dr Finley too and he is my family doctor and also a wonderful doctor. But they are in the same clinic location and it is nice to know when my doctor is not available this man has his me covered. His bed side manor is just Amazing and above most other doctors I have seen. He looks a lot like Ryan Reynolds too. In fact the first time he seen me I was pretty sick but we made me feel so relaxed that I just asked him.. Has anyone ever told you that you look like Ryan Reynolds? He laughed and said yes, My wife on our very first date. Some of these doctors act like they are above talking to or joking with their patients but not this man.. It is to bad I already have a Amazing doctor I love in the area, because it is very uncommon for a town this size to have more than one doctor that really cares. I have only seen him a few times but he is amazing and I never have heard ANYONE say a negative thing and gossip travels in small towns.
