Dr. Catherine Gaffney is an exceptional doctor. She takes the time to listen to my concerns about my health issues and if she's has questions about my concerns she doesn't hesitate to try and find out what's going on with me. I've been a patient with Dr. Gaffney for a long time and I would and do recommend her to my friends and family members. Thank you Dr. Catherine Gaffney for taking the time to take good care of me!

I saw Dr. Gaffney for almost 3 years while doing the metabolic weight loss program. I wasn't doing terrific but I had lost for almost 7.5 months & I was working out at my clinic & The Tulsa Center for Physically Challenged every day for several hours. When COVID-19 hit like so many others, unfortunately I gained almost half of it back & for a year & a half she never once criticized me. She and Dorothy (nurse) were always smiling & encouraging. If I gained Dr. Gaffney still found something to lift me up. There was one thing she said to me every single visit, "Have you changed your mind about having surgery?" Now don't get me wrong, she asked me this because I was so morbidly obese & had so many health issues. The main reason & I knew it is she cares about me. In April last year I had finally had it, I still didn't have access to the pool on a regular basis. My knee pain had progressed so much that I could no longer ride the recumbent bike at the clinic or The Center. I decided to have surgery without even discussing it with my husband. Unfortunately I told my dietitian who IM'd Dr. Gaffney & when Dr. G saw me she was so excited, she spilled the beans. I lost 64 lbs before my surgery & 108 total. So I'm so thankful Dr.Gaffney cared enough about me & my health not to push me but to gently remind me of my options. I appreciate my whole team, they're the best. Bre
