Brian Berryman, D.O., specializes in family medicine. He has practiced medicine for more than 20 years and is retired from the Navy Reserve with the rank of captain after 30 years of commissioned service.
Dr. Berryman’s interest in medicine began when he was competing in a state high school wrestling tournament. He experienced a knee injury that day that would require surgery. Even though the experience inspired him to become a doctor, his degree was delayed after being selected to attend the U.S. Naval Academy and later sea service commitment.
After Dr. Berryman completed his residency, he would later go on and serve as a U.S. Marine Corps flight surgeon, provide civilian and military ambulatory primary care, work inpatient hospital care, urgent care, occupational care and emergency medicine.
Dr. Berryman’s education and experience includes:
• Flight surgery at Naval Aerospace Medical Institute in Florida, 2000
• Transitional internship at Naval Medical Center in Virginia, 1999
• Residency in family medicine at Tulsa Regional Medical Center, now known as OSU Medical Center, 2005
• Doctor of Osteopathic medicine degree at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) in Tulsa, 1998
• Bachelor of Science in mathematics degree at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, 1986
When Dr. Berryman isn’t working at the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking care of his horse and donkey named Elvis and Junebug.

Dr Berryman is an amazing doctor, he has been my mom’s doctor for 4-1/2 years, he left a office & moved to this one & we are so lucky he could take my mom again, my mother has had ( kidney cancer, colon disease, heart disease, & she is 87 & has had a few light strokes Dr Berryman is the only doctor in the last 15 years that doesn’t just say oh well your hurting cause it’s age related, or he doesn’t make her feel like she can’t understand him! He talk’s everything over with her at her appts & he doesn’t prescribe anything with out first asking her thoughts on changing a med!! I would travel 100 miles if we had to just do mom would still have Dr Berryman as her doctor, I would give him 10 stars if we could, & if your looking for a new doctor at this clinic I highly recommend you see him!! He has the best bed side manner & even when he is having a super busy day he still takes his time with mom & never hurry’s her & if she has questions he answer them with out treating her like she is a child or stupid!! We feel absolutely blessed to have Dr Berryman treating my mom!!

Dr. Berryman is the best PCP that I have had in years. He understands me. He takes actions that I request. He tries new things that may help me cope. I sure hope he doesn't go anywhere. Thank you Dr. Berryman.
