Amy Thomas is excellent. She is warm and easy to talk to. She is very thorough in taking care of my concerns.

Amy is wonderful, she truly is the best that I've ever had and believe me I've had many. She understands the issues that I go through and she worked her hardest to get me on track. She's a little stern, but I'm the kind of Person that needs stern.. I truly thank you for having Amy there for me.
