Sarah McGee

Sarah McGee is the director of provider recruitment at Utica Park Clinic. She began her career in health care in 2003.

Before joining Utica Park Clinic, she was the physician recruitment director for Saint Francis Health Systems for seven years. She previously held positions at Brookhaven Hospital and Braden Shielding Systems.

Sarah got into provider recruitment after the birth of her second child. “I found several gaps in specialty coverage that were lacking in our community,” she says. “As a native Tulsan, I chose to be part of the solution by accepting a provider recruitment position. My family lives in Oklahoma so it gives me overwhelming pride to recruit quality, superior providers to the community to care for family and friends.”

Sarah is a member of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) and was recognized with the Partner of the Year Award from the Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians.

When she is away from the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending her son’s junior sprint races, coaching her daughter’s cheerleading squad, reading and traveling.
