I got all my problem handled and they spent ample time to listen to me!

Melody made me feel so comfortable, she listened and provided me with answers that I had been seeking, for years, from my last Primary.

I wanted a service that would not have solved my issues..And did call my insurance to see if l need referral and spoke to a advocate who did her job and talked to my NP's office...I am glad Melody kept her position in the matter to make " me " realize that she had my best interest at heart ,, as I felt up to this situation.. I have been experiencing a great deal of pain, so l look forward to relief..l should have listened to her..After researching whatI Endocrinologist cover l realize my mistake..So l have requested what she said l needed in the first place...thank you
