Visiting Utica Park Clinic's Wellness Point allows you to have quick and convenient access to health care services that do not require a visit with a doctor. The services provided to you during a Wellness Point visit will be documented in your electronic medical record. This will allow any of your Utica Park Clinic providers to be aware of the care that you received and keep your health records neatly organized in one place.
