Doc is always professional and keeps me on track, Doc would be the best person to share a foxhole with when the scat was hitting the fan.

Dr. Patterson listens to me and talks to me in order to address any concerns I may have. He is very patient when asking questions to better evaluate my medical needs. He does not tell me I need a test, shot or procedure without explaining why he feels it would be beneficial for me. Dr. Patterson is truly a pleasant, CARING Physician and I am glad he is my Physician.

Dr. Patterson listened to me and addressed all my issues. His staff was very friendly too. He is now my PCP doctor for everything. I feel at ease with him and that makes a big difference. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home doctor.

I give Dr. Patterson 5 stars, I see him myself and so do my son and teenage daughter, and have referred my other daughters to him as well that are about to start seeing him. He always takes the time to listen and educate, is very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time in getting straight to any tests needed. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson. That being said I have to say the woman who answers the phone for this office though, Christa, is very rude making it very hard to call in for test results or anything, I have called two days in a row to get test results the first day I asked for help with my chart since nurse was busy and couldn’t give me results and she was very rude about my child that is a minor advised me that it’s not my account it’s my daughters when she told me it seems to be active (I tried to set it up and link it to mine like they told me to when I first started bringing her and was never able to get it to work) advised me that she couldn’t confirm my email address she is sending a proxy link to because I wasn’t receiving it, because mam it’s not your account it’s your daughters lol my daughter is 16! Then adv me I can call a number and they can assist me so I ask for this number she said it very rude at the speed of light I had to ask again 3 times to get the whole number because she kept saying it as fast as possible. Then today I call in again and ask for the results because they are not on her MyChart and she was even more rude than the last time bit my head off when I told her I didn’t receive the voicemail yesterday instead of trying to figure out maybe why I’m not receiving these communications. I said Ok Im just needing to speak to someone then and or leave a message to speak to someone regarding them please. I seriously don’t understand how this can be how someone acts that works at an office and takes calls… she acts like you shouldn’t be calling? This is not how you act at a doctors office or how you treat people, calling about care and testing. I’m beyond put off by the whole experience and we really like our doctor!
