I really like Melody. So does my wife (she's a patient too). Melody is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She listens to our concerns and has been a great help to us. Any time we send a request through MyChart she is always quick to respond. I am currently considering switching jobs. But, I have not done it yet simply because I don't know if Melody will be an authorized provider under the new insurance and I don't want to lose her.

Met Ms Melody for the first time today, May 8th, as I was looking for a local ARPN-CNP. As soon as she walked in with that beautiful smile, I knew I was making the right choice. I was very impressed with the staff there also, Krista and DeeDee. Hoping I won't have to change again anytime soon.

I have been diagnosed with multiple illness. Multiple Sclerosis, Muscle Sclerosis, fibromyalgia, and just plain chronic pain for no reason I suppose. I also have had a gastric bypass which keeps me from taking any kind of anti-inflammatory. This lady said nothing about what I had only how to make the pain stop. We tried pain meds and just other things but nothing provided relief. She listens and she asks questions. She conversates about me. She truly cares more than any doctor i EVER had, I am 58. Sometimes I can not walk or eat or function. Now I may have a chance to improve that issue immensely. Thank you to you guys so much for caring as much as you do and all that you put into each person that comes to your office.
