Lisha is a wonderful caring heath provider. I have been a patient of Utica Park pain management for a few years. Lisha is always understanding of my health condition and continues to provide care and solutions. With out the care provided by Lisha and Dr Franklin I would have no quality of life or be able to function and do the things I enjoy. Appreciate these Folks!

This review is for Pain Management…I always enjoy having a conversation with Lisha Porch-Petitt. She listens to what I have to say. She takes action on what needs to be done. On this particular visit, she plans on referring me to a neurologist for the pain in my neck and fingers. We also plan on having a injection into my back, which has helped with my low back pain. I DO NOT WANT pain meds, and this clinic has really helped me with that goal.

I was scheduled to see Susan; however, she was not able to make it in, so Lisa had to see her patients as well. Lisa entered the room with a smile and warm greeting. She listens well and genuinely cares about your progress. She just helped to take the edge off of having to wait for over an hour.

The overall video visit was ok. The problem I have was getting connected with her. I'm not computer savvy and the non-existing steps to get to the video call was a nightmare. It took having to change my appointment 3 times before I finally got on. The steps need to be carefully laid out and easy to follow. Because of all the confusion I wasn't able to get my medicine on time, got it 4 days past the date is was to be filled. After explaining to her and giving my apologies for all the trouble I had, she did not seem to concerned and didn't offer an apology to me.
