APRN Kayla Frye is so kind and wonderful. She came in with such a calming and kind presence, she really takes her time to make sure I am taken care of and any concerns are addressed 100% the best that she can. She did a really great ultrasound and was very thorough. She takes great care of her patients and Is very caring! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Only seen her once, but so far so good. Took time to listen beforehand and reassured me throughout the procedure and after. She did say something both funny and awkward, but mostly funny. Just a woman no babies expected so can't rate her on that part. Office staff were kind also... i know on other providers people said staff was not kind, but any time i have gone in they have been. (Saw Dr Poteet a few times in 2019 before she left...) just put off going back as long as i could because it is extremly hard to change providers and other things.
