I'm listened too ..treated w respect no matter how odd my questions are. They are patient w me . I have to cancel visits sometimes last minute because sitter for my wife cancelled on me. Very attentive to my needs .

I would not trade Eric Arnett for anyone!!! He is phenomenal! I have several different medical issues that have stumped specialists for menu years. Eric worked with me and was able to figure things out way before anyone else. He's kind and understanding. He has always done everything in his power to make me feel safe and comfortable with my diagnosis.

Eric Arnett is Magnificent!! He is very kind, compassionate and understanding. He is extremely intelligent...He always gives the correct diagnosis and does it with ease! I'm 60 years old and I haven't found a doctor that can hold a candle to him!!! Yes, I realize he is a NP but, he's the best doctor I have ever had!!!

After recently moving in from out of state, my first doctor’s appointment at Bailey Medical was with Eric Arnett. I found Eric to be an outstanding medical professional. We had an excellent Q & A session about my medical history. After listening to my concerns and ensuring I fully understood his answers, he treated me accordingly. Eric was friendly, professional, and displayed an excellent bedside manner. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending him to anyone, including my family.

Good NP. I have doctor/medical anxiety due to having previous doctors give up on providing medical care to me (I get a lot of "There's nothing more I can do" conversations). I have complex medical needs that have been ignored over the last 10 years PLUS the issues I ignore due to hating going to the doctor. Listens, seems to always attempt to look at medical information/look into symptoms. Is willing to try you on different medication if what I am on isn't working. Previously, other doctors would simply keep me on whatever I came in on and wasn't willing to try different things. I'm not trying to medicine hop (EXPENSIVE) but sometimes things just quit working. Does not argue or fight with providing referrals, regularly refers me to specialists. Sounds weird but others have acted like I needed the secret password to get sent to a specialist? Like, I don't want to go but I like that I don't have to worry about not getting referred. Plus office and medical assts. over all here are amazing to work with. Often, I will quit going to the doctors if the office staff is mean, lol.

I walked in without an appointment rather late in the afternoon and there was a discussion of who at Hillcrest was my primary care physician, Steve Landgarten, and then I was told I could be seen by someone. We waited about fifteen minutes and then were escorted into a private examining room and met Eric Arnett. He was very professional, checked for strep throat and checked for covid-19, which was reported as negative and then changed to positive. I had covid-19 in September 2020 and was tested positive. My recent throat episode was totally different and I wonder if I was positive still from my previous incident. I have checked and no one seems to know how long you retain your immunit.y

Mr.Barnett is wonderful to be around and is very honest when we are able to get to see him.. On the other hand I was recently sick and was willing to try a video call and the lady doctor there didn't even call no nothing makes me think about really she does care so the only one I am willing to see there is Mr.Arnett... I will never ask for a video call ever again.. Trust has been lost by the female doctor there...

Nurse Practitioner Eric Arnett is one of my favorite providers I’ve visited. Super understanding and down to earth. There’s been a few times where I’ve had white coat syndrome going into the office, but Eric has always calmed my nerves and talked to me like an equal. He also has a lot of NP students who follow him and he’s an amazing educator from what I’ve seen. (You can always say that you wouldn’t like a student in the room, if you’re uncomfortable.) As others have mentioned the office does have some issues when it comes to communication and scheduling, but that’s not really the provider’s fault. If you really need to get ahold of Eric or any of the UPC providers, the My Chart app that you can download is the easiest way to communicate little things. It has a messaging system which you can send short non-emergency questions to any of the providers that you have seen. Eric is always good about getting back to me within a business day or so and has always answered all of my questions. When it comes to scheduling, UPC has made it difficult with their new office hours and cutting back the clinic hours that providers have. It’s best to go to the My Chart app, schedule the closest time you can, and then call the office to see if they have any cancellations. The midtown office has been great about fitting me in when there’s a cancellation. Sometimes I’ve had to see another provider due to scheduling conflicts when I need to get into the office ASAP for more acute things, but the other providers in the office have been just as amazing. Also shout out to the phlebotomists in the office! There’s two ladies who always draw my blood and they’ve been so nice. One (I forget her name) was calming my nerves and talking to me about her wedding while she drew my blood. She showed me pictures of her beautiful wedding dress and tiara after the blood draw was completed! Such a lovely person!

Dr. Arnett is very attentive to what my concerns and needs are every time I see him. He's very relatable and his availability to schedule an appointment is very reasonable. He's also very responsive on the MyChart app during/after hours which is very nice.
