I've previously had a Nurse Practitioner as a primary care provider and had a good experience. They always listen, are 100% professional and truly care about their patients. Mrs. Codi Crabtree is exactly that, and for this, I highly recommend her.

Codi has always been very attentive and thorough. I can message through my chart, she gets back to me quickly. I love my care she gives me. I also love her assistant.
