The staff is efficient and caring from when you walk in until you leave. Dr Franklin has cared for my chronic pain issue for two years and has improved my comfort level and carefully helping me make good decisions based on her expertise. Interested and caring doctor.

Dr Franklin has helped my neck and back pain tremendously, my quality of life has returned! I’ve had 5 neck surgeries, 3 that did not heal properly and 2 from a different Dr to complete the healing process! My lower back has stenosis, which surgery helped for 6 months, I now get epidurals to avoid another unwanted surgery. Dr Franklin cares about her patients, I have epidurals and oblations in both neck and lower back that have helped with pain control and every day life. I would refer Dr Franklin to all of my family and friends. Her staff in the office and hospital puts your nerves at ease from the time I walk in the door until I leave. She has definitely given my quality of life back to me, I’m forever grateful!

Dr. Franklin has took care of me since Dr. Anthony retired. She has taken good care of me. She listens and explains things so that I can understand everything.

I saw Dr Franklin for the first time today. So no procedures yet. She was very kind and not judgmental at all. She mentioned i ideally need to have surgery and that she hopes doing the injections first will buy me some time. She asked if i was ok and had questions or if i was scared/anxious. She left it up to me to do them without or with sedation. I wish she could do the surgery when the time comes, but she said she is the last resort/middle man between injections and surgery. Her office staff was extremely kind and patient with me and my notes on my new patient forms. It takes me a lil while longer with my learning disability and extensive background to fill out paperwork. She said when i follow up it will be with her PA- which was one of the initial inquiries i had asked about (Dr Franklin and Kendra Hurst). Julie with scheduling was very kind and on top of things. I almost did not call as i thought my other provider sent the referral at the end of july.... turns out their office did not recieve it. Julie was able to get the referral from my provider and my MRI from the location i had it done at. Although i am anxious and do not do well with change i did feel at ease with them. I hope it continues to be that way. My procedure is not til end of September due to my medical priorities and then she is out the week after i stop my antibiotics. I am always in pain, i just have learned to deal with it as best i can.... it has just gotten harder to deal and manage it which is why i sought her out. (The other clinic i go to for med management no longer has someone to do the injections)

I have been a patient of Dr Bonita Franklin for almost 2 years she is always taking very good care of me and she takes the time to listen to me and how I'm feeling Dr Bonita Franklin is very anxious and accurate and trying to figure out what my health issues are and correcting them she's been an amazing doctor for me without her I would be in so much pain and not understanding what's going on with my body I appreciate Dr Franklin and her staff they are very quick to answer any questions that you have and I hope to continue to be able to see her for the rest of my health issues

New to the area and have low back pain that was inhibiting me from enjoying life. Primary Dr recommended this clinic. From the very first visit Dr Franklin was very pleasant. Spending time to discuss and understand my health and this concern. Discussed her treatment plan in depth and made sure I was comfortable with it. Even during COVID Dr Franklin scheduled a procedure with in a few days. Following the procedure have been able to get back to enjoying life. Dr Franklin and staff have been wonderful throughout. Very reassuring knowing Dr Franklin is there to help me when pain gets in the way of enjoying life! Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr Franklin for several months and she has been such a blessing helping me with my pain management. My ultimate goal is to no longer rely on pain medications to get thru the day and to have an active life with my wife and grandchildren. Dr Franklin has used different procedures and made several suggestions that have greatly improved my overall pain level and I'm confident that ultimately our goal will reached. Dr Franklin and her staff are always friendly and attentive to your needs, you can also expect to be seen at your appointment time (I've never waited over 5 minutes to be seen). I love the fact that she works so diligently to get to the root of your problems and she cares about you she listens and explains the course of action in detail but in a way that anyone can understand. I highly recommend Dr Franklin to everyone and I am extremely satisfied with the care she has provided me and my family.
