Tana Stutzman, APRN-CNP

Tana Stutzman, APRN-CNP, has worked in the health care industry in northeastern Oklahoma since 1997. She has been a women’s health nurse practitioner since 2002. “Before becoming a nurse practitioner,” she explains, “I was a labor and delivery nurse. I’ve always been passionate about women's health.”

“I love being part of the journey of pregnancy,” she says. “Providing expectant mothers with relevant information and care helps them make informed decisions about their condition or diagnosis. That increases their chances of a great experience in the birth of their newborn,” she says. 

Tana encourages patients to take care of themselves. “Healthy eating, avoiding processed foods and getting plenty of sunshine and exercise are keys to better health,” she says.

Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, Tana cared for patients at OB-GYN of Green Country in Pryor, Cherokee Nation Health Services in Tahlequah, Mayes County Medical Center in Pryor, Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa and Hillcrest Hospital Claremore.

Tana received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville. She earned her Master of Science degree in nursing at the University of Phoenix in Arizona. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner Association, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, the Association of Women’s Health – Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses, the American Nursing Association and the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses.

Tana’s personal interests include refurbishing furniture and spending time outdoors and with her family.
