New Telehealth Options

For your convenience and safety, we are happy to offer the following telehealth options:

1. VIDEO VISITS are available for current and new Utica Park Clinic (UPC) patients. They are real-time video/audio calls with your health care provider through a website. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call your clinic directly or 918-579-DOCS (3627).

2. MYCHART E-VISITS are offered to current UPC patients of the following specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics (OB) and endocrinology. An e-visit consists of written, electronic communication between you and your health care provider through UPC's MyChart.

Common Conditions Treated Through E-Visits Include:

  • Back pain
  • Cough
  • COVID-19/Coronavirus Concerns
  • Diarrhea
  • Red eye
  • Sinus problems
  • Urinary problems
  • Vaginal discharge/irritation
  • Heartburn

Go to MyChart

To begin an e-visit, log in to Utica Park Clinic MyChart. At the top of the page, go to Messaging > Ask a Question > Symptom-Specific E-Visit, then complete the symptom-based questionnaire on your smartphone or computer. Typical completion time is 10 to 15 minutes.

If you are an established patient at UPC but don’t have a MyChart account, click here to create one online today and gain full access to your health information.

3. VIRTUAL CHECK-INs are available to current UPC patients. They are simply telephone calls with your health care provider. For an appointment, call your clinic directly or 918-579-DOCS (3627).

Telehealth costs:
Telehealth visits are billed to the health insurance provider that we have on file for you. Based on your plan, you may be billed for costs that they do not cover.
