Excellent Doctor

Video started on time. Ryan was very attentive to my needs.

First meeting was still awkward, but by no means disappointing or negative. Dry, direct dialogue left me a bit offput, but the service and thorough review made up for It.

Choplin is thorough and easy to talk to.

This was the first time seeing this physician. He did not introduce himself, frantically typed on the computer, and didn't exude any friendliness. Even though I didn't have any issues or concerns, the way he interacted with him left me not wanting to return.

I didn't know the man's name. I said I was there for a checkup and blood work for testosterone. He didn't ask me ANY questions about how the shots were going or how I felt on them. No questions about my health, in and out in about five minutes. If this is the service I'll get from now on, I'll find someone else in a heart beat

I came in with concerns of a bad sinus infection and trouble breathing. He never listened to my breathing, looked in my ears, nose or throat. The entire visit was completely hands off, literally.

The dr could have said come in we need to see you but with care he said I see you are sick and take the at home test I will start you on anti virals and please feel better. Very glad to have this dr, and this method of treatment

Ryan is great at listening and collaborating on options for care. Unfortunately he didn't have a lot of answers but immediately put referrals in motion for specialists.

This visit.in particular, he was kind and took some time to discuss an incredibly rare and sensitive occurance that nobody has done so far in 2 visits to the ER and several to an OBGYN. Still no answers, but it was the best care I've received and it made all the difference. Thank you.

The providers assistant was super nice and listened very well. She talked about a medication that I might want to try and left to tell the PA about our discussion. When he came in, he just said he agreed with her decision and prescribed the medication - no discussion about potential side effects of the medication (like drowsiness) - then he said to come back whenever needed. I felt like he was very rushed and I didn't respect that.

Ryan is great, he always makes me feel heard for my concerns and takes the time to talk through and explain options to me.

Awful. The physician I saw laughed at me when I brought up mental health. Did some blood work, told me everything was normal, and that was it's. Will not be returning.

He did not even examine my foot, glanced at it from his seat on the stool by computer. My foot was on the floor. Gave me antibiotics but they didn't work. Had to go back later to see the doctor.
