Even if questions are asked that are not in her wheelhouse, she will take the time to listen and research to see how she can help and then has no issue with referring. I've always felt important to her and making sure I'm healthy and taken care of. She takes time with my questions and makes sure I understand. I wish other health care providers used her approach.
