Everyone was extremely helpful. The Doctor Dickens answered all my questions. I had a ton questions and he was very patient with me. The nurses/attendants were as well.

He has great communication skills, sits with you , spends the time needed to assure all you questions are answered, and uses vocabulary that is easy to understand. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Dickens and UPC to others in the future.

My provider answered my questions before I asked them. He explained what he had done in surgery. Asked about my pain level. He told me how he thought I was doing which was very encouraging. He left the room only when I had no other questions, making sure the LPN knew when to schedule next appointment, and I knew what to do for the next week
