About Courtney Roberts, APRN-CNP
Courtney Roberts, APRN-CNP, specializes in family medicine at Utica Park Clinic (UPC). Her professional area of interest includes preventive medicine. Courtney said, “It is a favorite area as I want to help keep my patients as healthy as they can be in order to help prevent things from happening down the road.”
Courtney’s inspiration to pursue a career in medicine came from her father. She said, “My dad has worked in medicine my whole life and inspired me to follow in his footsteps.”
As her career in health care began to evolve, she realized that she liked being able to see and treat people of all ages and conditions at the clinic. This led her to focus on family medicine.
Now, after years of experience in providing care, she continues to make it a point to connect with her patients. She said, “Getting to know them and how they live their lives is so important to me in order to build trust and for them to know that I am on their team and will fight for their health.”
When Courtney isn’t working, she enjoys chasing her daughters around, watching sports and her husband coaching them, spending time outside and reading.
Her reminder to those who come in to see her is, “You only have one body, so let's work together to keep it as healthy as can be.”
