Hillcrest COVID-19 Call Center
Hillcrest HealthCare System has an established COVID-19 Call Center. Operators are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer patient questions, provide support and connect them to a provider. The Call Center line is 918-574-0920.


Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

Utica Park Clinic values the input we receive from you. We appreciate you sharing your open and honest opinions about the service you receive, the staff with which you interact and the providers who care for you.

In an effort to maintain a culture in which your perspective is continuously valued, and one that encourages you to advocate for patient-centered care, we’d like to invite you to be a part of a Utica Park Clinic Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC). Councils are comprised of patients, family members and staff who volunteer their time to serve on a council for up to two years.

Meetings are held up to four times per year in each of the following communities:

  • Bristow
  • Broken Arrow
  • Catoosa
  • Claremore
  • Cushing
  • Glenpool
  • Henryetta
  • Jenks
  • Okemah
  • Oologah
  • Owasso
  • Pryor
  • Sand Springs
  • Sapulpa
  • Tulsa (several locations)

Participants enjoy a free lunch, dinner or snack (depending on the time of day) and are reimbursed for gasoline expenses. Your feedback will be shared with key Utica Park Clinic leaders and help guide improvements in clinic operations and care given by providers and staff.
