Before joining Utica Park Clinic, he practiced family medicine with Warren Clinic at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. 

Dr. Gearhart received his Bachelor of Science degree at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and he received his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. He is an active member of the Tulsa Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Tulsa County Medical Society.
